TERMS OF SERVICE

RULES
Payment will only be via PayPal (USD), No refunds.
Payment will be given prior to starting the commission.
You are not allowed to claim, trace, edit or configure my artwork in any way. When posting on social media, please be sure to credit me.
Do not use commissions for commercial purposes without permission and proper fee.
Any form of reproduction of any sort for the purpose such as making NFTs or any cryptocurrency-related practice is strictly prohibited.
Drawing takes up to 1-2 weeks unless stated beforehand and paid extra.
Please keep in mind that my art is constantly evolving, so there might be slight differences between the examples and the illustration you will receive.
You are not allowed to make major revisions to the pose, subject, or themes after the sketch is finished.I HAVE THE RIGHT TO:
The right to refuse any commission request I don’t feel comfortable doing, or any negotiation in prices. As well as to refuse any difficult revisions, alterations, or edits after the sketch.
As an artist, I fully retain the rights to the commissioned artwork. This includes having the right to post it on social media, speed paints, or presenting it in a portfolio or artbook. If you do not want your commission to be posted, this will cost an additional fee of 10 USD.PAYMENT PROCESS
Payments are only accepted in USD or PHP.
All payments must be paid upfront. If I am unable to do your commission, you will receive a full refund. Otherwise, no refunds.
The client must provide all information necessary to complete the commission. This includes character reference, pose and background descriptions, PNG of patterns or images, etc.
Any major alternations, change of character, or change of background after the sketch phase will be declined.WORKING PROCESS
The client will receive the first sketch as draft for approval. Afterwards, you will get a cleaner sketch for second approval. Please list all the changes after receiving the sketch. If everything is approved, I will proceed to finish the artwork.
You always receive the PNG file of your artwork along with the different versions including a small watermark. You are not allowed to remove my signature from the final work.
Any reselling or production of personal artwork is not allowed unless paid for commercial use.
While generally not offered, If you want your artwork done by a specific deadline, priority payment is 50% of the price.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
Personal use means the artwork won't generate any kind of profit. This can include using artwork as a wallpaper, avatar, or in non profit sites such as Twitter, Instagram, etc. This also includes printing the artwork for personal use (Not selling).
Commercial use is any use that could generate income, or that solicits customers, or that has to do with financial gains. This includes using it in youtube or in twitch. Vtubers and PNGtubers also fall in this category. Any artwork used for commercial use has a fee of 50% of the order.
